Extensive experience in handling state and federal civil rights claims, particularly under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 for violations of the due process clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.

Relations between workers and employers concerning terms of employment, wages and commissions, and compliance with state and local laws.

Protecting trademarks and copyrights, enforcing restrictive covenants, local zoning regulations and the Nebraska Open Meetings Act.

Special expertise in procedural and real estate licensee disciplinary matters before the Nebraska Real Estate Commission (served as chief litigation counsel for the Commission for 7 ½ years).
